Our mission transcends profit, focusing on creating pathways to independence, dignity, and a brighter future for individuals who have overcome significant challenges.

THE SOCIAL NEED

Globally, 80% of survivors of human trafficking experience re-trafficking due to a lack of employment opportunities

According to a study of human trafficking survivors published by the Polaris Project “In Harms Way it was reveled that:

75% of survivors surveyed were still living below the poverty line two years after exiting, reporting annual incomes below 25,000.00

Only 36% reporting having a regular job and 18% reported only having temporary work.

THE SOCIAL SOLUTION

Queens Calls will operate as an Employment Social Enterprise, supported by the Inside Sales educational program provided by our sister nonprofit, Queens of Digital Marketing. Upon graduating from the program, survivors can transition into professional positions as inside sales agents for Queens Calls.

Our remote setup enables us to extend this model to shelters and programs, providing valuable employment opportunities.
